Volfenhag Subwoofers
Volfenhag subwoofers have long been the "under the radar" brand that quietly
delivers incredible sound quality...Keep reading to find out which subwoofers will rock you to your
core.
Volfenhag subwoofers are so rare to come across that it can be very difficult
to try and find ANY of them anywhere.
And yet, they provide such good sound quality that it's perfectly reasonable
to want to take the time to try and dig one up somewhere.
And plus, they look REALLY cool. With their trade mark bright red cones, they
just really add some zest to any subwoofer enclosure...Imagine opening your trunk to reveal a pair of bright red,
super loud, thunderous speakers...
Pretty nice feeling, isn't it?
Anyways, what I'd like to do is talk to you about which Volfenhag subwoofers
you should be looking for...
I'll list these Volfenhag subwoofers
in order of price, so the cheapest one will be first, and the more expensive one will be last.
Make sense?
Great! Let's get going!
#1 - Volfenhag ZX-4710 - $50
This seemingly small little 10" Volfenhag subwoofer will blow you away with
it's bassy power...
With 800 watts of power driving dual 4 ohm voice coils housed in an aluminum
die-cast basket and a bumped and vented chrome t-yolk...
Well, let's just say that this subwoofer is going to be delivering you great
sound for a while.
I actually really like this subwoofer. I think that it has a great mix
between quality and price, and I really think that if you can afford it, you should give it a shot.
I also REALLY like the color of any Volfenhag subwoofer...I just think that
the red looks extremely powerful. This will make any subwoofer set up look both attractive and
respectable.
#2 - Volfenhag 15 inch Aluminum Subwoofer - $110
Alright, so this is my higher end recommendation, and what can I say, it's
basically what you would expect.
What's unique about this Volfenhag subwoofer, though, is that you'll find
that it's completely made of aluminum, with the exception of the rubber surround.
But it's got both an aluminum cone AND an aluminum basket giving this
subwoofer a very unique metallic look, all combined with a powerful 1500 watt peak power sub.
I should warn you though, this thing is LOUD. It's actually kind of hard to
believe just how loud it is...It will probably change the way you think of bass after you listen to it.
It's astonishing to think that a single subwoofer could ever possibly be so
loud.
But, not only is this thing loud, with dual voice coils you're also going to
get really great quality bass. The bass from this subwoofer is thick and deep, the kind that rattles bones. It does
lack some of the clean punchiness of other subs though...But it's kind of a matter of opinion I suppose.
Anways, you oughta take the time to check out those Volfenhag
subwoofers...They're both very good quality, and I'd feel comfortable recommending them to
anyone.
